Sweet potatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 medium sized sweet potatoes
- Butter
- Brown sugar
- Mini marshmallow
Preparation:
Scrub, wash, and dry the sweet potatoes. Poke each potato with a fork several times. Wrap each potato in foil twice. Place potatoes in slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. Top with butter, brown sugar, and mini marshmallows before serving.
