Cranberry feta pinwheels
Servings: Make 36 pinwheels
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 3 large flour and spinach tortillas
Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the tortillas. Divide and spread the mixture evenly between the 3 tortillas. Roll each tortilla up tightly, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a couple hours. Cut each tortilla into 12 pinwheels and serve.
